From Danville, VA:

Start out going east on US-58. Turn right  onto Hwy 62 toward Milton until it turns into HWY 57. Stay on Hwy 57 through Milton by Hyco Lake to 705 Durham Road, Roxboro, North Carolina.

From South Boston:

Start out going southwest on N Main St/VA-129 toward Wilborn Ave/US-501-BR S. Take the 1st left onto Main St/US-501-BR S. Continue to follow US-501-BR S. Continue to 705 Durham Road, Roxboro, North Carolina.
